The HF-IM auto pressure and vacuum forming machine is a high-efficiency trim-in-place type thermoforming machine. It utilizes molds with rule steel knives to perform both forming and cutting in a single station. For enhanced functionality, second and third cut-stations are available for post-trimming and hole-punching operations.

This equipment is ideal for processing PP, PET, PS, and other materials. It provides a fully automatic production cycle for disposable rectangular, square, or round-shaped roll-edged containers and trays, covering forming, trimming, stacking, and conveying in one seamless operation.
