The parallel twin screw extrusion line for PET/PLA sheet is equipped with a degassing system, eliminating the need for drying and crystallizing units. This extrusion line offers low energy consumption, a simple production process, and easy maintenance. The segmented screw structure reduces the viscosity loss of PET/PLA resin, while the symmetrical thin-wall calender roller enhances the cooling effect and improves capacity and sheet quality. A multi-component dosing feeder precisely controls the ratio of virgin material, recycling material, and masterbatch.
