What is the payment term?
We accept a 50% deposit upfront, and the remaining 50% balance can be paid upon receipt of the bill of lading or a copy of the letter of credit. We also accept payments via Western Union, VISA, and PayPal.
Can you provide materials in different colors?
Yes, we can produce custom molded rubber and silicone rubber, as well as plastic products in various colors. If you place an order, we will require the specific color code.
Do you have products in stock?
We maintain standard models in stock based on common requirements. Special products and large orders will be newly produced according to your specific order needs.
What is the expected lifespan of rubber and plastic parts?
Lifespan depends on environment, cycles, and pressure. While we cannot predict exact sealing lifespan under all conditions, customers can perform accelerated life testing for dynamic applications to determine expectations.
