This equipment consists of a pressing device, heating system, temperature control system, mold table lifting device, vacuum forming system, bubble blowing system, cooling system, and safety device system.

I. Pressing Device

Driven by pneumatic cylinder, the press frame can be adjusted to different sizes of length and width at will to match product dimensions.

II. Heating System

Double-sided heating using fast medium wave infrared heating tubes. Features fast heating with no preheat required. The furnace automatically turns on/off based on station position to save energy.

III. Temperature Control

Digital analog adjustment via 485 communication. Each heating unit is independently adjustable to optimize energy consumption.

IV. Vacuum & Cooling

Equipped with a two-stage vacuum system (large and small) and powerful fans for efficient product cooling. Includes an anti-sagging system to ensure uniform thickness.
