✔ Large Area Heating: Large forming and sealing area. Suitable for large batches production. Uses up and down heating plates for version heating, ensuring material is heated evenly and steadily.
✔ Servo Synchronization: The material is dragged by a servo motor and the forming station is driven synchronously to ensure continuous operation.
✔ Material Efficiency: Uses multiple blades for cutting horizontally and vertically. No waste materials, making full use of the material. Saves 20% materials during production compared to punching molds.
✔ Flexible Feeding: Ample space between forming and sealing sections, convenient for manual feeding or installing special robot/extra functional devices.
✔ Efficient Sealing: Sealing station uses two sets of heating plates to ensure even heating and reduce sealing periods, improving total production efficiency.
✔ Output Integration: Finished packages are outputted at the end and can be connected to secondary procedures like carton packing or barcode printing.
Customization: The whole machine can be custom-made, such as protection doors with safety locks and appointed electrical components.
