PVC foam sheet is widely used in passenger car and railway car ceilings, box core layers, interior decoration boards, building wall boards, office, residential, and public place compartments. It is also suitable for commercial decorative frames, sign boards, photo albums, chemical anti-corrosion engineering, and various light partitions.

Main Components of Production Line

The PVC foam sheet equipment uses polyvinyl chloride as the main raw material, equipped with stabilizers and foaming agents. The line consists of four main components:

1. Extruder System: Adopts a counter-rotating twin-screw extruder with large extrusion volume and high efficiency.
