Our molds utilize premium H13 tool steel, hardened to HRC 50-55 and treated with nitriding or DLC coatings. This ensures exceptional wear resistance and release performance, even under prolonged exposure to melt temperatures up to 380°C and injection pressures reaching 180 MPa. Cavity/core precision is strictly controlled within ±0.02mm.
