STY65 Series Internal High-pressure Water Expansion Forming Hydraulic Press uses high-pressure liquid to form hollow parts or tube blanks outward, gradually fitting the mold cavity to form parts of specified shapes and sizes. This machine utilizes a hydraulic system to generate high-pressure water flow, applying force to the workpiece for precise shaping.
The system is composed of a hydraulic unit, control system, water injection system, and workbench. The liquid is injected into the tube blank through the workbench, while excess air is removed. The axial feeding is completed by the main cylinder. Due to the high flow rate of the supercharger, filling is rapid, ensuring high forming efficiency and speed.
