Process Flow
The production line is primarily composed of three main systems:
1. Pulping System: Transforms waste paper and water into usable pulp.
2. Forming System: Delivers pulp to molds to form the tray shapes.
3. Drying System: Dries formed trays to create completed, strong products.
The drying system can utilize electricity, diesel, coal, or natural gas. We offer both Fully Automatic and Semi-Automatic types, both equipped with computer control systems.

Any kind of waste paper is suitable, including old newspapers, magazines, books, A4 paper, and corrugated cardboard boxes.
4. What fuel can be used for the drying system?
The drying production line can be configured to use coal, natural gas, or diesel oil depending on your local availability.
5. What is the expected lifespan of the machine?
Our machines are constructed using high-quality tooling rather than simple welding, ensuring a minimum operational lifespan of 10 years.
6. Can this machine produce other types of packaging?
Yes, by changing the molds, it can produce egg cartons, fruit trays, bottle trays, cup trays, and various medical disposable containers.
