ZH-120 Automatic High-Speed Cartoner Pharmaceutical Cartoning Machine is suitable for automatic packaging of blister-packed capsules, tablets, blister trays with single/multiple ampoules or vials, large infusion bottles and similar items. The whole working process includes the transmission or stacking of medicine blisters, medicine bottles or similar objects; the transmission of instruction manuals (automatic folding of 1-4 folds can be carried out); automatic forming and conveying of cartons, automatic packing medicine blisters/bottles/articles and folded instruction manuals into cartons; and automatically finishing complicated process such as printing production batch number and paper tongue sealing at both ends. The equipment can be connected with the blister packaging machine to form a packaging line, and it can also have additional functions such as labeling or heat shrink wrapping.

According to the structure, the machine can be divided into vertical and horizontal cartoning machines. Generally, the vertical version is faster but suited for single products like blisters, while the horizontal model handles various items like soap, medicine, food, and auto parts. It is compatible with filling machines, heat shrinkable film wrapping machines, and three-dimensional film packaging machines.

1. Inside the magazine, the blister cards are counted when they free fall via the servo-motor and are then held in position by the transfer belt.

2. The Leaflet is isolated from the bottom from a pile magazine, then pulled off and folded. It can make the leaflet fold done to four folds according to customer's demand.

3. Long carton magazine for approximately 1000 cartons.

4. The inserter device can push the blister cards and leaflets into the carton.

5. In carton conveyor chain the cartons are closed automatically. Adopts digital position indicator achieves straightforward adjustment.

6. Cantilever construction easy for maintenance and cleaning.
