The Egg Tray Forming Machine is an advanced solution designed to convert paper pulp into various shapes using vacuum absorption. By regulating time and pressure, the machine produces wet trays which are then transferred for drying. Our machines utilize high-quality PLC programmable controllers and stainless steel pulp barrels, ensuring high performance and a long service life.
We offer both Fully Automatic and Semi-Automatic production lines. The semi-automatic line is ideal for manual drying in sunlight, while the fully automatic line features an integrated drying system for large-capacity demands.
