Plastic Pressure Thermo Forming Machine

BRIEF: The HF-IM plastic pressure forming machine is a trim-in-place type thermoforming machine. It utilizes a mold with rule steel knives for performing forming and cutting in the same station. Optional second and third cut-stations are available for post-trim and hole-punch functions.

It is ideal for manufacturing parts from PP, PET, PS, etc. It automatically produces disposable rectangular, square, or round shaped roll-edged containers and trays with forming, trimming, and stacking conveying in one operation cycle.

  • Use Steel-Rule-knife for forming and cutting in the same station.
  • Trim-in-place for processing PP, PET, PS, PVC, BOPS materials; specially optimized for PP.
