The process of mixing raw materials with water to create the slurry required for molding.
Utilizes negative pressure and vacuum absorption to form the slurry into trays. Molds are interchangeable for different products.
Wet semi-finished products are passed through a drying line (Metal or Brick) using gas, diesel, or coal fuel.
Finished products are stacked and can be hot-pressed for compact packaging and easy transport.
Our machines produce high-quality protective packaging including 10, 12, 24, and 30-hole egg trays, egg cartons, apple trays, and bottle carriers.
