1. Egg Tray Pulping System:
Put the waster paper into the hydrapulper, the paper and water will mix in hydrapulper, then go to the refiner machine. Refiner machine makes the pulp smaller and uniform, then the pulp pump absorbs the pulp to the pulp pool. After the second mix in the pulp pool, the pulp will go to the forming machine pulp tank.
2. Egg Tray Molding Forming System:
The system consists of various equipment and dies. The wet forming section consists of wire screen covered wet forming dies mounted on a molding drum, and matching transfer dies. The forming die, rotating at uniform speed, is immersed in pulp slurry (1% consistency). A vacuum system attracts fibers to the screens. The PLC cabinet controls the absorb time, and finished products are transferred to the drying line via air compressor assistance.
3. Egg Tray Drying System:
Burners (Gas, Diesel, or Coal) and blowers create and circulate hot air (up to 200 degrees) inside an insulated oven to dry the products.
4. Egg Tray Automatic Stacking Machine:
After drying, trays go to the automatic counting and stacking system. You can preset quantities (e.g., 100pcs or 200pcs) for easy packaging.
