Reply: Yes, we have various models and can customize the machine according to your specific requirements.
Q2: What is the typical production time?
Reply: Normally, the manufacturing process takes around 45 days.
Q3: What material can be used in the thermoforming machine?
Reply: The machine supports PP, PS, PVC, and PET materials with thicknesses ranging from 0.3mm to 2mm.
Q4: What is the daily capacity of the machine?
Reply: Based on 20 working hours per day, the capacity is approximately 300,000 to 500,000 pcs, depending on the product size and material.
Q5: What are the electrical and air requirements?
Reply: It requires a three-phase four-wire system. The compressed air output should be higher than 2.4 mm³/min with pressure above 6 kgs.
Q6: What about the payment terms?
Reply: We accept T/T (30% deposit, 70% before delivery) or 100% confirmed irrevocable L/C at sight.
