What is your MOQ?
Usually our MOQ is 5000pcs. However, we accept lower quantities for trial orders if we have ready stock available.
Can I get samples?
Sure, we can provide 2-3pcs of each item for free if the sample is available in our stock.
How long is the sample lead time?
We can send samples out within 3 days if the product is in stock.
How long is the production lead time?
Normally the delivery time is about 30-45 days. In some cases, 20 days is also possible. Stock items can ship within 3 days after order confirmation.
Is it okay if I want my own design?
Yes, we have a strong designer team that can create designs based on your requirements, including opening new moulds for your samples.
What is your payment term?
Our normal payment term is T/T (30% deposit and 70% balance against copy of B/L). Other terms like D/P or L/C at sight are also acceptable.
