The HY-54/76 automatic forming machine is engineered to process PP, BOPS, HIPS, PS, PVC, and PET plastic sheets. It is ideal for high-volume production of various boxes, dishes, trays, bowls, and lids, including food containers, cake boxes, fast-food packaging, supermarket trays, and medical oral liquid trays.
This plastic thermoforming machine integrates mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic components into a unified system controlled by a micro PLC with a user-friendly man-machine interface.
The fully integrated process includes: Material Sending → Heating → Forming → Cutting → Stacking → Counting.
Features three operation models: Manual, Semi-automatic, and Automatic, representing a new generation of package equipment with memory reserve functions.
