Skin pack acts like a second skin of the product that completely attaches to it, sealing to the bottom tray to avoid water or blood leakage for fresh meat.
The aided shelf life can be extended by 2-3 times compared to the same product exposed in open atmosphere.
Each package is sealed using only the necessary amount of film, resulting in 40 percent less material than traditional wrapping.
The whole machine can be easily controlled via a user-friendly PLC touch screen interface.
